Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Overview

Feedback Feijoa is a tool for collecting anonymous feedback at events, such as meetups, conferences, and AWS Community Days. At this stage, we currently offer it free to AWS Community Days and to anyone who wants to try it. There is no paid tier at the moment; we may introduce one later and will communicate any change clearly. By using the service, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

What you can do

  • Run events and collect anonymous ratings and comments from attendees
  • View results and export reports
  • Submit feedback as an attendee (anonymously)

Your content

As a registered user, you own the content you create (such as event names, session titles, and speaker names). You are responsible for that content and for making sure you have the right to use it. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any content you or attendees submit through the service. Feedback submitted by attendees is anonymous; organisers receive and use that feedback at their own responsibility.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you publish through the service. You must not use the service for anything illegal or to harass others. Do not submit abusive, defamatory, or spam content, or attempt to break or overload our systems. We may suspend or revoke access if we believe these terms have been breached.

Disclaimer

Feedback Feijoa is run as a small project and is not yet a registered company. The service is provided “as is.” We strive to keep it available and useful but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for content created or submitted by users or for how organisers use or share feedback data.
